You are within walking distance to the beach, Jolly Rogers, and the infamous boardwalk. Such a great location for a family or just a couple trying to get away :)
One question I have been asked a lot....is there an elevator?
This is a building has no elevator (most condominiums in Ocean City don't have one). You'll need to be able to walk up steps - multiple floors.
Recently, I've updated my Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, and several other equipment(s). I will be updating the stove in the fall of 2026. There is so old equipment/furnitur (FYI).
