Welcome to The ABQ Gathering House, a spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath Albuquerque home designed for families, reunions, sports teams, wedding groups, and other large groups traveling together.

With approximately 3,500 square feet, multiple gathering spaces, flexible sleeping arrangements, and room for up to 25 overnight guests, this home gives large groups the space to stay together instead of booking multiple hotel rooms.

The home features three common areas, a pool table, five Smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning, a full kitchen, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out.

This flexible setup makes the house particularly well suited for extended families, youth and sports groups, wedding parties, reunions, and groups visiting Albuquerque together.

The kitchen is particularly convenient for larger groups who would rather prepare some meals at the house than eat every meal at restaurants.

Guests may use the backyard, although portions of the landscaping and outdoor area are still being improved.

Firewood is provided by the host. Guests should provide their own charcoal and fire-starting materials.

Use of the grill and fire pit is subject to weather conditions and local fire restrictions.

Hot Tub

A hot tub is located at the property but is currently NOT available for guest use.

Please do not enter or operate the hot tub.

PARKING

Parking is available for approximately:

5 vehicles in the property's designated parking areas
Additional legal street parking where available

Guests are responsible for following posted parking regulations and ensuring that neighboring driveways and access points remain clear.

The home is located in Albuquerque's Uptown area, making it convenient for guests visiting many parts of the city.
