Private outdoor heated pool (open May through October) with outdoor shower, lounge chairs and umbrellas, beach gear storage and an outdoor grilling are with a Weber Grill. Plenty of parking for 3-6 cars
Entry Level mud room area with Elevator to the first three upper floors - all interior elevator doors must be closed in order for the elevator to work

Living Room: An inviting space with plenty of seating and a large screen TV to relax after a long day on the beach
