The surroundings are beautiful. Absolutely gorgeous golf course. The staff were very friendly and polite. The bedroom and bathroom were enormous and we had a balcony with a table and chairs.
The hotel isn’t really set up for tourists from other countries. The hotel is quite remote so you really need a car. The on site restaurant is very geared to Japanese tastes so think large set menus. We arrived late in the day (6.30pm) after a long day of driving and were very hungry. Because we hadn’t booked a table we could only order off the snack menu which is very limited. The beds were very hard as were the pillows. Lastly, the elevators are really small (weird in such a large hotel) and the doors close really quickly. We both ended up with bruises on our hands and arms as we weren’t quick enough!
