The worst place I have ever encountered

Nothing

It was posted as having air conditioning, but it did not. It is a two-story apartment with two bedrooms upstairs. It just provided one small portable AC unit for the small bedroom. It was completely misleading. It was cheating! Wall outlets not working. The floor was dusty and dirty. The glass door to the patio was very difficult to open and close. It was unsafe to stay. It should not be rented out at all. We checked out right after we discovered the condition of the place. We called to cancel the stay and requested refund. The host refused. We have to cancel the payments
