GUEST ACCESS & PARKING

Guests have access to the entire two-bedroom, two-bathroom home, front deck, and private bi-level backyard, including the outdoor dining and barbecue areas.

Parking: Ample street parking is generally available around the property, including for guests traveling with multiple vehicles. Street parking is first-come, first-served.

PLEASE NOTE: The garage is not included in the rental and is not accessible to guests. All guest parking is on the street.

PET POLICY

- One small, well-trained, non-shedding dog is permitted with prior approval and an additional pet fee.
- Dogs must be kenneled if left unattended in the home.
- No additional pets are permitted without prior approval.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any pet-related damage.

HOUSE RULES & SUITABILITY

- Ideal for families, couples, and small groups.
- Children are welcome but should be supervised, particularly around stairs and outdoor levels.
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
- No smoking anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas.
- No parties, events, or exceeding maximum occupancy.
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM.
- Only registered guests may stay overnight.
- Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning or repair fees.
