Our designer 1-bedroom features a king bed, full kitchen with island, living room with pull out sleeper sofa and open den with smart TVs and compact dedicated workspace, a spa-like bath, and a private balcony with ocean breeze and city, intercostal view.
Guests enjoy 2 rooftop pools, a fitness center, 24-hour security and valet parking. Las Olas shops and dining: a 7-minute ride.
Recently built, this boutique residence is very vacation rental friendly. The unit is spacious, with a fully equipped modern kitchen and a washer and dryer.

The den area contains a brand new twin size pull out couch, great for kids with TV on the wall

We maintain the highest standards for safety and cleaning. Our cleaning staff provides white glove service is performed prior to every check-in.
3 minute walk to beach! This unit includes a work desk area for those who need to bring their office with them on vacation.

CHECK-IN:
For all guests staying at the condominium, the association requires guests to submit a copy of their government issued ID and complete an online registration form before arrival. This registration form will include guest information, vehicle registration, and an acknowledgment of the condo associations rules & regulations.
**Please note that we will need this completed at a minimum of 24 hours prior to check in.

$35 per vehicle per night - Valet parking only (unlimited in/out)
