About this apartment rental
Casa Nora is a bright and elegant first-floor apartment in Castiglioncello, a renowned seaside village in the municipality of Rosignano Marittimo known as the “Pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea.” Equipped with all the amenities needed to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay, the apartment is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests, making it the ideal choice for families or groups of friends.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: a spacious triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a comfortable double bedroom. The interior layout includes a bathroom with a shower, high-speed Wi-Fi, and air conditioning (strategically located above the front door to cool the space). Pets are welcome (for a small additional fee).
Outside, the house boasts a large, fully equipped private garden, pleasantly shaded by lush pine trees—perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing in the cool air. The property has a private parking space within the garden.
ℹ️ Note on Summer Parking and Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL): Free public parking is available outside the property from October 1 through June 30. From July 1 through September 30, the area becomes a restricted traffic zone (ZTL): guests wishing to use the public parking outside must send the vehicle registration certificate, model, and license plate number before arrival so that we can request and issue the transit and parking pass.
Nestled in the stunning setting of the Etruscan Coast, Castiglioncello is famous for its coves nestled among the cliffs, its golden beaches, and the fragrant maritime pine forest that surrounds the coastline.
From the apartment, you can easily reach the area’s most iconic bays, such as the stunning Baia del Quercetano and Crepatura Beach, as well as the lively Pineta Marradi promenade, lined with cafés, markets, and family-friendly events. Also nearby are the historic Castello Pasquini, a hub for cultural events and summer festivals, and the modern Cala de’ Medici marina in Rosignano. Casa Nora’s location is also ideal for organizing day trips to famous food-and-wine villages such as Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci, or to historic Tuscan cities of art such as Pisa, Lucca, and Volterra.
