About this house rental
This two-story home sits on a quiet residential street in Avon, on the west side of Indianapolis, and it's set up for that kind of easy landing. It's fully furnished and stocked, so you can start living here from day one, whether you're in town for a work assignment, between homes, or settling in for a few months.
The main level is where the days come together. The entry opens into a bright living room with a mounted smart TV, a comfortable spot to unwind at the end of the day. The kitchen has a dining area built right in, so cooking, eating, and catching up all happen in the same warm space. It has full-size appliances and is stocked with pots and pans, bakeware, dishware, a coffee maker, and a toaster, so real meals are easy from the first night. The primary suite is also on this level, tucked away with a king bed, a walk-in closet, and a private en-suite bath. There's a half bath on the main floor for guests, too.
Upstairs belongs to everyone else. Two guest bedrooms each have a queen bed, a ceiling fan, and a closet, and they share a full bath. They open onto a loft/bonus area with a desk and chair and a stack of board games, ready to be a game night spot, a play area for the kids, or a quiet place to take a call. Room-darkening shades help everyone sleep well, and a dedicated laundry room keeps the washer and dryer close at hand.
Out back, the deck and patio step down to a private, level backyard. It's a good spot for morning coffee, dinner outside, letting the dog out after work, or giving the kids room to run. The home is pet-friendly, so the whole family can come along. A 2-car attached garage plus a driveway makes parking simple, and high-speed WiFi runs throughout for remote work, video calls, and streaming in the evening.
