A bright apartment in the center of San Marcello Pistoiese, at an elevation of 650 meters in the Tuscan Apennines, with a large rooftop terrace above the apartment featuring a pergola, a table for six, and lighting: that’s where you spend your days, and in the evening you dine outdoors while gazing at the mountains.

The apartment is on the third floor (accessible by elevator) and faces three directions, so a breeze flows through even on the hottest days. Living room with a fireplace and a double sofa bed with a memory foam mattress; fully equipped kitchen with a dining table; master bedroom with a built-in closet; bathroom with a shower and a window. Sheets and towels included.

Everything is within walking distance: hospital with emergency room and post office 3 minutes away, supermarket 4 minutes away, pharmacy 5 minutes away, and the town square and town hall 6 minutes away. By car, the Ponte Sospeso is 10 minutes away, Doganaccia 15, and Abetone 30; Florence and Lucca are about an hour away.

In the summer, rentals are available by the month or by the fortnight; from late August to mid-September, rentals are by the week, from Saturday to Saturday.
