Consider this fully furnished house your home away from home while you visit Alma and Harlan County Reservoir, Nebraska's second largest lake! Conveniently located just minutes from the lake, this charming retreat features two cozy bedrooms, one with a king bed, the second a queen bed, and a full sized sofa bed in the “bonus/dining room.” The kitchen comes equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, tableware, silverware, drinkware and most cooking essentials such as stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, George Foreman grill, pots, and pans; a propane grill is also available. The bonus room has seating for six around the dining table plus a loveseat sofa bed to relax on. The bathroom comes with soaps, conditioner, and body wash; a hair dryer is handy for added convenience. Our guests will stay comfortable year-round with central heating and a/c, with WI-FI available throughout the house. Whether you’re relaxing indoors enjoying the spacious living room with a 65" TV, or planning your next adventure, this excellent space offers everything you need including a washer & dryer - detergent provided. With such terrific features, you'll feel right at home during your stay.
The Alma House is located just minutes from the Methodist boat dock, near convenience stores, the bait shop, and Harlan County Medical Center. The City of Alma has a beautiful 9-hole golf course, biking & walking trails by the lake, several places to eat, a well-stocked grocery store with deli, movie theater, swimming pool and park. You can fish in the morning then play golf in the afternoon; Alma has plenty to offer for your enjoyment!
The Alma House is equipped for both long and short stays to make your stay one to remember. On and off-street parking is available with plenty of room for your boat and there is an available carport in the alley if desired.
