DOWN TIME Cottage is a charming and sun-filled two-story retreat with vaulted ceilings and an open-concept layout, located just one block from the beautiful beaches of Lake Michigan. Designed for relaxing lake escapes, the cottage offers the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and cozy coastal charm.
INDOOR LIVING
The first floor features a spacious Main Bedroom Master Suite with a Queen bed, full bathroom, and in-home laundry facilities, offering guests comfort and convenience throughout their stay. Upstairs, the loft-style bedroom creates a cozy second sleeping space complete with a Queen bed, an additional Twin bed perfect for kids or extra guests, and a 43" Smart Streaming TV for winding down after a day at the beach.
The main floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher, and microwave, making cooking and cleanup effortless. The kitchen opens seamlessly into the dining and living areas, where a 50" Smart Streaming TV can be enjoyed from nearly every angle. The living room offers comfortable seating along with a fun game nook that’s perfect for family game nights or rainy beach days.
The cottage also includes central heating and air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, and streaming TV throughout for year-round comfort and entertainment.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Outside, guests can enjoy two separate decks designed for relaxation and gathering. The rear deck is surrounded by mature trees and greenery, creating a peaceful and private outdoor setting ideal for grilling dinner and dining outside. The front deck offers a welcoming spot to enjoy the neighborhood atmosphere, cool summer evenings, and breezes drifting in from Lake Michigan.

Booking Policy: Just like hotels, we require a valid credit card for a security & damage deposit hold 1 day before your stay. A signed rental agreement must also be completed within 48 hours of booking to confirm your reservation.
