Vacation rental is completely renovated with brand new appliances, furniture and fixtures throughout. You will find the inside of the rental is updated and when combining its space along with the spacious backyard + patio, you will have ample amount of space to host you and your friends & family. Hot tub is designed to fit 6 people but we have found that it fits 4 the most comfortably.
Main Level: 2 bedrooms with 2 Queen size beds + 1 Twin bunk bed.
Downstairs: 1 bedroom with Queen size bed & 1 Pullout Sofa-bed + Office area.

Please note, the path to get down to the beach is just up the road and then down a short public path which will lead you down to Lake Shore Drive. Total distance is 0.2 miles and takes roughly 10 minutes to walk
* For stays over 14 days, a mid-stay clean may be scheduled at $100 per service. *
* Any stay 30 days or longer, an additional $300 cleaning fee will be charged. *

In addition to this house being beautiful and in a fantastic location, the hosts have thought of everything. Things like TVs are clearly labeled with instructions. Very helpful welcome binder with detailed directions to the beach and local restaurant menus. Fantastic communication with hosts. Yard and hot tub were a dream. Lots of space for a couple and a dog, even for the whole family. 11/10, hoping to book again.

Our stay was delightful! Everything was as promised and the host went above and beyond to ensure we were well cared for. Our kids loved all the beach toys, games, and especially the hot tub. The backyard was perfect for grilling out and relaxing. We all enjoyed the walk to the beach and were very grateful for the wagon and chairs provided with the rental. Truly a FIVE STAR experience! Well done!

We were traveling with our 3 dogs to visit Indiana Dunes National Park & Chicago. Our prior VRBO cancelled us last minute and we found this gem! What a blessing! We’ve never found a spot that welcomes 3 dogs without special approval but then to find a garage we could pull into and a fully fenced back yard that was the perfect size for them to roam and run! This listing was 100% spot on, it’s a gorgeous home and super clean. Has all the amenities you could want - beach chairs, beach toys, lawn games, ping pong and darts for those rainy hours. The kitchen was stocked. Neighborhood quiet and safe. Wonderful outdoor space to cook out and hang out.
