About this house rental
Nestled in Michigan City, this attractive house for $570 per night is a great option for your next trip. Golf cart rental available. Contact Emma at (seven seven three) (three zero seven) (six six four zero) for lower rates if a smaller group in the off season or any other details. Resort fee does not apply to off-season and quote will be amended upon enquiry. Additional disinfecting of contact surfaces is being undertaken and increased cleaning fee reflects that. Also a medical grade UV light has been added to the HVAC system that kills mold, bacteria and viruses. Open floor plan with kitchen/dining area seating 12 comfortably, living room features gas fireplace with smart TV. The house has a 23ft x 10ft rear screened porch with table seating 8-10 and comfortable lounge seating Kids room featuring 55in smart TV, DVD player, Wii and lots of board games and books to entertain the kids. There is an outdoor paved patio area 14ft x 10ft with built in fire pit (8 chairs) and gas grill. The house sleeps a maximum of 12 people - 10 people without sofa bed; Master bedroom - Queen bed with master bathroom - bathroom with walk in shower Guest Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed Guest Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed Guest Bathroom with tub/shower Kid's Recreation Room (basement) - 2 Bunk beds (sleeps 4) and Sleeper Sofa Full bathroom in basement with walk in shower Twin blow up mattress and pack and play also on-site Laundry Facilities in basement The community amenities include seasonal amenities such as beach cafe, pool table, ping pong tables, swimming pool, kids pool, splash pad, tennis court, fishing pier, kayaking, paddle boards, paddle boats, putting green, bocci ball, volleyball, basketball court and 2 playgrounds (one conveniently located close to the house). 10 minutes walk to the beach with golf cart rental available. 5 Minutes to Blue Chip Casino, Lighthouse Outlet Mall and local hotspots. House was very clean and in very good condition. There was very good communication from the owner prior to the start of the stay and during the stay as well. The house had all the beach equipment we needed and provided a variety of entertainment options for our kids when we weren't at the beach. We ate all of our meals on the large screened in back porch. We would stay here again.

This was a fantastic property just steps away from a newly renovated park and a short walk/golf cart ride to the pool. It had all the appliances and beach equipment you need to make your stay stress free. The kids loved the basement room and all the games that were available. It was nice to have them be down there at night so the adults could still hang out in the living room or on the wonderful back porch without disturbing them. The house layout keeps noise between the floors to a minimum so early risers in the basement or on the back porch don’t disturb anyone sleeping upstairs. Overall, this was an very relaxing stay and a house we look forward to visiting again!

We had a wonderful stay here! The house is beautiful, and very well equipped - Emma was great to work with. There was a lot to do in the neighborhood, we enjoyed the pool and clubhouse, and we saw some amazing sunsets on the beach! We loved the screened porch - it was really nice to sit out and enjoy morning coffee and our meals there - felt like we were in a tree house!

Gorgeous house with everything you could possibly need for a family getaway. Short golf cart or bike ride to the beach or pool. House was clean. Great kitchen. Lots of amenities for the family. Our only challenge was parking two full size trucks but we made it work. Highly recommend.

Emma was a super communicator which made stating at the house of breeze. The house was super clean and perfect for our family of six adults and two kids. Emma even got a new pack and play for our infant to use, and set it up before we even got there! Using the golf cart to get around helped out with lugging kids stuff around! I would highly recommend the beach walk community for anyone with kids where you need activities.

Beautiful house, well stocked with everything from beach equip to kitchen gear. Hostess extremely helpful and accommodating. Beachwalk a unique and lovely family vacation…so much to offer from pool to Lake Michigan to “the small beach” to fishing pier, tennis court, ping pong, sand volleyball and more.

My extended family had a great stay at this property for vacation. The house was exceedingly clean, well stocked with every imaginable need we had (kitchen, games/entertainment, beach items, sports apparel for the kids, etc etc), and Emma was very easy to communicate with ahead of and throughout our stay. The neighborhood is great, plenty of amenities, and a short walk/bike/golf cart ride to the pool, tennis court, and beach area. Would highly recommend this property and we look forward to vacationing here again soon.

This property was beautiful and so well stocked for anything/everything you could do in the area. Very clean and well kept. We had a friends/adult weekend but would definitely come back with the family to enjoy all the beauty and festivities this house and community has to offer.

and eat. We saw a deer one day, crashing around out back. There was a playground out back that we could run down to with the kids. We loved driving around in the golf cart, and the whole beach community. The pool ( though the kiddy pool was closed the entire week) , the walk to the Lake Michigan beach, the lake beach, the little coffee shop next to the pool, the pier, all of it. Our kids went fishing on the pier (buy bait outside of the property, the pool didn't have any) my husband went to the putting green, this place has something for everyone. Nobody got to paddleboard because we waited too long to sign up, sign up right away! Our only concerns would be parking. We only put 2 cars in front of the house, and one in overflow, but the overflow parking was sometimes crowded. The owners said we could put three, but it would be tight. A tip: we took the wagon to the beach one day, and while it was great going down, coming up was so difficult I would never do it again. Just carry everything. The basement room for the kids was perfect, because it is almost sound proof. We had horrible thunderstorms at night, and they didn't even know it was raining. One of my grandkids slept on a blowup mattress by her parent's bed, because she was scared being away from home. They had the blow up mattress in the closet! We could text the owners at any time and they would get back to us. We had the best vacation, even though it rained a lot, and my daughter in law wants us to go back next year. Really I have only positive things to say about this house and our experience. Go, go, go! You will love it. You are renting the WHOLE community, which is great, not just the house.

Family vacation
Looking for get away with lots of opportunities for outside activities. This area offers multiple beaches, a pool and a wonderful state park. We also had great weather so it was nice that home owner arranged that too.

Wonderful property!
We were thrilled with our stay in this property. Emma is an excellent host and helped facilitate a wonderful stay for our family. We are a family that cooks and we especially appreciated the wonderfully stocked kitchen. Additionally there was plenty of beach towels, chairs, toys, etc. The Beachwalk community is a fun place for a lake vacation. We will definitely be back!

I truly can’t say enough about this property owner. We have stayed in many VRBO’s and had wonderful experience’s but this, by far, has been the best experience! The property owner is extremely responsive to any questions, whether prior to the visit or during the visit. She has thought of everything and even has correspondence listing what comes with the house snd what you should bring (which is very little)! The house is a newer home and very clean, well stocked but somehow void of clutter. We will definitely consider staying at this property again!

The house was wonderful! We’ve never seen such a well stocked house for all age groups.
My only disappointment was how crowded it was. The listing made it look like it was quiet, little community. Very congested with cars and golf carts all vying for a place to park.
Very nice, but I’m not sure I’d go back.

Family Friendly House in Beachwalk
The house was beautiful and provided plenty of room for our family of 10. The lower floor was set up with 2 sets of bunkbeds with bathroom and every kind of game (foosball, air hockey, Wii and DVD the kids could want. The screened in porch at the back of house was ideal for relaxing and eating dinners. Plenty of sports and beach equipment available to use. Would definitely recommend this property and helpful owner.

The house is beautiful and is filled with high quality necessities and nice-to-haves. The owners are gracious and the neighborhood is quaint. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend making this house your temporary home!

PERFECT Vacation
The property shows well on VRBO but is even better in person. The house accommodated 7 adults and two kids with plenty of room to spare. Location was great, the house was stocked with plenty of beach toys, chairs, and we used the screened in porch daily.
