• Pet friendly with a fee (dogs only). If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please adjust your booking accordingly.
• The maximum occupancy of 6 guests is strictly enforced at all times.
• Additional fees and taxes may apply
• No 3rd-party bookings allowed; the booking guest must be present during the stay
• Photo ID is required upon check-in to ensure the guest checking in matches the name on the reservation
• Late check-outs without prior host approval will incur a $50 fee after 30 minutes and a $120 fee after 1 hour past the designated check-out time. Please contact the host in advance if a later check-out is needed.

3 compact vehicles can fit inside the gate and 2 more can park on the street while having one driveway open. 1 more can fit on the street but will block the driveway.
