We loved the huge outdoor hot tub. The breakfast had a really good selection of foods both hot and cold.
We really liked our room with one bedroom and a loft.
My teenaged daughter loved the loft. Too bad there was not a bathroom up with the loft.
The full kitchen was so good to have to prepare our dinner.
The front staff was very helpful and kind.
We also like that you can leave your car parked in the garage until 4pm even though you checked out at 11am.
The location was fantastic!
The air conditioning unit in the room was very loud.
I requested a later check out for 12 noon but it was not an option.

The location was absolutely great! We had a very good experience when checked-in and even were upgraded which made our stay exceptional.
The breakfast room was small and the breakfast was limited in choice.

Location, rooms, hot tub, pool, underground parking
breakfast buffet rooms and line-ups were very crowded - would have needed at least twice the space. how about sub-contracting any of the courtyard restaurants to open for breakfast? they don't open until 11am or later. some are even leasing space from hilton, so an adjoining access door could be possible. enough of using the space of three hotel rooms for the buffet. it's a Hilton for goodness' sakes. Impress us…
I would also petition to have some of the courtyard trees to be sculpted to allow better view of the stage from a selection of full balcony and french balcony rooms.

Like the location, right at the top of the hill! Was convenient
The hotel staff weren’t responsive. We complained multiple times about the washroom toilet not working, that was never really fixed till we left. We asked for additional towels - never got them.
It was not a comfortable experience
