Location, kitchenette, spacious rooms. Good value.
Had a small lobby. Looked worn out. Needs to improve curb appeal. Shower tiles need new grout.

The location was great, in downtown Montréal, easy walking distance to the waterfront and the shopping streets, and the airport bus stops right outside, although you need to go elsewhere to buy a ticket :-( . Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was big and well-equipped, with a big bathroom, comfy beds, tea and coffee-making facilities and you could even have cooked dinner there with a bit of imagination. Although it's on a busy street the windows keep the noise out very well. Breakfast was a good selection. All in all good value for the price, not many places in the area are cheaper.
Not much. The breakfast room was below street level and a bit crowded and noisy, and some more toasters would have been useful. But everything was replenished quickly and the food was good quality. Room design is not the most up-to-date but it's all solid, clean and working. So no real complaints at all.

Good location to access Old Montreal and other neighborhoods and parks. Not far from shopping district and McGill University. All walking distance. Good breakfast was included. Large room with handy kitchenette.
The room is nicely renovated but the rest of the property is quite dated. I would have like one more mirror in the room as there is only the one in the bathroom.

The location is good, the suite is quite big
The hotel is basic and the price matches that, but a few things were disappointing. The shower handle kept coming off, the showerhead was practically nonexistent, making it hard to shower properly. The floor also seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, so walking barefoot wasn’t an option.
