Perfect stay clean and great to have option of 3 beds in one room

Major difficulties with the Air Con in the room. The staff did not handle this very well. However, the manager compensated us for this after we had checked out. No restaurant or bar or lounge area to relax.

Nice to have a bit of outside space but overall a bit run down and expensive for what it is.

It was good to be near Banff with some trees and in a quiet area.

The kitchen was too small for 5 and the floors were dirty. The carpets looked ancient and dirty. The whole place is a bit run down.
