Rooms were cute, staff were lovely, very clean.
The pool was out of order all weekend, we booked our long weekends here for the pool access

It’s very close to Banff Trail station so it’s convenient for access to the city and the university. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
My room was on the station side and it shook every time a train went by. It was quite noisy as well. Amenities that had been used, such as mouthwash or coffee pods and cups, were not restocked. Some trash (meal leftovers) that had been left in the hallway by a guest was not cleaned up for two days.
