Excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who plans on visiting Calgary.

We loved the facilities. The room was very clean, spacious and modern which is something we very much liked. A special mention to Kateryna at the front desk who was very attentive and was able to answer any queries we had in regards to our stay.

Nothing- we couldn’t fault it.

Very good

Very quiet location, and it is located in the free transport zone. The heating system is very strong. Toilet is clear.

Not for light sleepers, loud AC and loud LRT

Location is directly downtown close to the LRT station. The price was the lowest when comparing for a 4 star hotel.

First room the AC was broken waited an hour for maintenance person to come look at it and got a room change. Second room the AC was as loud as a motor. Also you can hear the LRT go by despite being on the 19th floor.

Recommended central and professional hotel

Great and friendly and helpful receptionist. Apologised that they had to ask me after 1 hr over-time whether I would think about checking out in the next couple of hour… 😃 Very nice tonality. Of course I apologized, as I was using the Gym. Hotel location and room were just perfect.

Nothing really. The view of the room? Lower price? Not really. All good!

Don’t stay here

I didn’t stay they refused to let me check in. The front desk worker Aman lost control and was extremely rude

We enjoyed the stay and were comfortable with the accommodation's.

The room was spacious and clean. could use extra pillows, otherwise very good for two adults

a couple of more pillows, otherwise all was good. I would have liked a map of the downtown core. Yes I know the internet has a map, however it would help.

Uncomfortable and noisy

Location right by the tram (c-train) and walkable distance to the downtown.

Extremely noisy, old and smelly heating fan, which made my night sleep horrible due to the noise and stuffed unfresh air. It wasn't possible to properly set the room temperature. The wifi wasn't working properly, so had to ask staff to connect me to another network. Mattress was too soft, not offering proper support for the back. Towels were not soft enough. Poor overall value for the money they charge.

The location was great and the hotel was very clean. parking was very convent as well

Our room was quite cool in temperature, I tried to put the heat on but it kept blowing cold air. The bathroom door was off centre so you had to pull it hard to close the door and there was no fan in the bathroom.

amazing stay! will for sure be back. great location and friendly staff.

loved how close it was to downtown and the train stations! loved that moxies was right in the hotel. loved the underground parking and that it was cheaper than expected! staff was amazing and we were upgraded to a king room on the highest floor.

good value

staff were very friendly, good value for money.

the key cards weren’t working for the elevators and I had to get mine replaced about 10 times. other guests were having the same issue. the staff were helpful but it seems like there’s an ongoing issue with the cards.

clean rooms

they have a lot of teams booked in there. so groups of 10+ people running up and down the corridor both nights until late. first night people were fighting outside the room at 4am. 2nd night there was 3 teams of school kids on our floor knock a door running and screaming until late. had no sleep hardly both night. plus they took £100 deposit instead of the £30 mentioned on booking.com. and the hotel charged me £225 instead of £203. I would want my money back
