Everything was just awesome. Easy and fast check in. Staff were awesome, friendly and very polite 💖 Cleaning ladies cleaned to our expectations, as should be and they never once complained 😍💖 Food was great as always and check out was even faster 🤗👌

A place to rest during airline cancelations

The location to the airport was perfect. The beds were comfortable. Kids went for a swim in the indoor pool.

The beds were smaller than we are used to. The room was narrow at the entrance, so unloading and reloading luggage was a hassle.

Happy until I left my room.

the bed was comfortable and the room had a nice layout

The pool was disgusting. we found 3 bandaids along with dirt, pony tails and other foreign objects in the pool. The staff was notified and we were told they would be right on it, we waiting 45+ minutes, went back down and nothing was done so we cleaned it ourselves. The next day the pool still had not been cleaned so we continued to clean it ourselves. The floors do not allow water to drain making cold puddles all over the floor that collect dirt and hair making it disgusting to walk on without shoes. The hot tub was so disgustingly dirty that thick (and I mean THICK) foam built up and left black scum on edges once turned off. And lastly, all male staff walking by did not even try to hide staring while my boyfriend and I were just trying to swim - making it very hard to feel comfortable or enjoy our time.

Below average airport stay with parking

Location is close to the airport but far away from Calgary proper. It does have parking.

Although we asked for a pet free room, the suite we had smelled badly of dog. There were lots of hairs of both animal and human origin on the settee. It was disgusting. The suite was small, the bedroom had a bed and bed side tables in a cramped up space. There were no armchairs.

very nice place and easy to access to everything.

They don’t clean the rooms and change the beddings and stuffs everyday.When you book for cleaning they can clean after 2-3days.We stayed there for almost 2 weeks and they clean our room only twice.

Very spacious and clean room.

No coin laundry. The sofa was dirty and you can see some white stains all over it. We tried to remove it but it didn't work. We didn't seat there because it is kinda gross. The staff named Karla is a bit rude and can't explain our concerns nicely.

it's easy to ask for extra things like comforter!

the room that we stayed has unpleasant smell..seems like it is not properly cleaned!😩

close to the airport

unfortunately i do not trust the the room we booked and paid for was cleaned, it was disturbingly nasty. the pillowcase had some sort of yellow/green staid that looks like a dried snot. it was disgusting beyond words. :(

The rooms were absolutely disgustingly dirty and will never be staying here again.

the size of the room and the different bedroom options available.

Our room was so dirty. There was boogers on our shower curtains, there was some yellow stuff all over the walls, look like there was blood on the curtains. We had asked the front desk to clean the room and they still didn’t address our concerns.
