Rooms and hallways are small, old and dated. Bathroom is too small. The fan in the room is big and loud, there is nothing really special in this hotel to stand out. Checked the bed and found hair strand. Also, they made a big fuss about early check ins like i know requests are not guaranteed but as a usual traveller i know that all they have to do is switch around rooms to accommodate you but no they will make you feel like you are asking them the world! There are many other newer hotels in the area with better service and facility! Will not recommend this hotel!

Overall good experience

Overall good experience but definitely needs to be updated. The water park was clean and neat . Rooms were neat but cleaning needs to be improved . We had our room cleaned but the blankets were left unfolded and it didn’t look very clean after cleaning service .

Mostly the cleaning or the room . I found that it wasn’t cleaned well . The ladies didn’t go a good job .

Good choice

We stayed for one night before our flight. The hotel located in a short driving distance from the airport. The rooms are clean and tidy, very wide.

The walls were very thin and we could hear our neighbours during the night.

Comfy, affordable and clean

I liked how fast and easy they fulfilled my request of extra bed. I also liked that I received a confirmation directly from them after I booked it from a third party website.

I wish they could extend the hours of operation for the waterpark since people / family could be busy in the day and won’t be back in the hotel by 7-8

Swimming pool only

The stuff is rude and not professional. Also, the view is horrible. The room is not a comfortable mattress very old and not clean. All bedding and pillows smell very bad we couldn't sleep and they should charge me 536$, but they charged 627$ very bad experience.

I like how clean it was and the staffs are friendly. a guy from front desk helped me find a tea for my daughter who was not feeling well.

Sufficient

We got a room with a Queen and pull out couch. The plan was for my daughter (8 yrs old) to sleep on it but it was too lumpy and uncomfortable for her so my husband reluctantly slept on it. In addition, the spare bed kit (found in a zipper pouch in the closet) was covered in dog hair. Thankfully staff brought a fresh clean set immediately.

Loud, intoxicated guests though out the night in the hallways. (No fault to hotel) spare bed supplies covered in dog fur.

Superb

The staff is super friendly and helpful. I booked my 3rd night not at the same time so the same room is not available anymore. I asked the staff if we can check in to an earlier time than 3pm so that we can transfer our stuff to the other room. And the staff made it happen😊 super thankful for it.

Breakfast is not included. And the wifi was down for a night.

Very clean and professional. Sheraton gives a crisp detailed impression when you first walk in the room. Nice view as well.

The shower takes a VERY long time to warm up, so be patient. There was only one bath robe as well, where the room was meant for a couple. Also the movies on demand should be updated. All of the shows "still in theatres" were not in theatres...

It was a bad experience staying at this hotel

My key card was invalid next morning, but I was supposed to stay at the hotel for two days. Why should I get to the front desk to activate the card. I was stuck in elevator in the morning because of the key card not working. When I told the front desk, the staff did show any sorry about that, just saying to reactivate the card.

Great pool and slides as always, but ready for some room amenity updates.

The pool and slides, as always was great.

It could use some room amenity updates. The coffee maker was unusable and very dated. A good cup of coffee makes all the difference and shouldn’t add a huge amount in budget. Especially since the old main floor Starbucks is apparently never reopening. And it’s time to look at the beds; which are pretty old and uncomfortable. And the TV’s; hardly any channels in a time when family would like to get off our devices and watch a movie together. It would be nice to see access to streaming services be allowed in hotels.

Our stay was very nice and we will be back again.

Our waitress was lovely and so kind and the food was good. Everyone loved the hash browns and best bacon we’ve had at a breakfast buffet.

Elevators make me sick so I didn’t like that I had to go through the water park to accesses the second floors stairs.

Absolutely lovely!

The service and the details in the room were Fantastic from the little things like the Velcro’s to close the curtains right to the wall to the many outlet plugs and proper organization of where things were, the hotel sure knows what they’re doing to serve their guests. Also the guest services were quick and so friendly!

My family used the pool many times during our stay. Unfortunately we all got a bit of a rash. Not sure the exact cause, maybe something with the chemical balance? Anyways still was a great stay!
