Otherwise it was good!!

We have been using this property for while. We like here every thing

Only one thing this time, people smoke at the back door and smoke smell was inside elevators!! It was bad!!

Superb

The doors on the bathrooms are very awkward. And there is no fan in the bathroom so it feels like there is very little privacy.

Pleasant

The bed was really comfy

The breakfast was nothing more than what any other free breakfast is at any other hotel yet it is called a fabulous breakfast and they made it sound like it was so much more than it was. The pool has alot of stuff floating around in it like eyelashes and what looked like nail clippings. The restaurant in the hotel wasn't that good. The TV could have been alot better. I've been to much cheaper hotels where you can cast your phone to the TV to watch your own stuff if you don't want to watch the few channels the hotel provides. There was no hot tub. The element king room wasn't anything special yet it cost alot of money compared to other places.

Exceptional

Flawless rooms, facilities, and service. I will be staying here again. Just so impressed with everything, from the hot breakfasts, the beds, the on-site entertainment, even a charging port for those of us with electric vehicles.

Decent but the beds and pillows could be softer!

We loved the outdoor pool!

The beds were sooo hard and everyone’s back hurt. We stayed for two nights and I’m still sore. Very uncomfortable beds.

great location for shopping or going to Stampede.

They had amazing rooms and really clean and staff was great

There wasn't really anything I didn't like about my stay good food for supper and breakfast it was great. So no complaints from me

Probably not my first choice next time.

Location for my event was great. Room was nice and bed was comfy.

Did not find the staff to be overly friendly. Food was ok at best, nothing to write home about, room was nice but no info on the amenities that were available.

There was only one person at check out. They were tied up on the phone. Took a while.

Exceptional

Everything, absolutely everything was perfect! The staff are so welcoming and so friendly!! The lounge was fun and having the Comedians there was so much fun!! We have stayed before and we will definitely come back again!!

Breakfast was nice. Supper at the pub was great.

The coffee machine in the Summit Lounge was broken which sucked. Pillows were horrible and the room was noisy between the fridge and heat running. TV channels were extremely limited

Very nice hotel

Clean and comfortable rooms Front desk staff very kind and courteous Beautiful hotel

Would have given a 5 star rating but we had a late checkout and had a do not disturb sign on our door. Housekeeping was pounding on our door very early and kept yelling "housekeeping" which woke us up and we had to tell them.

Great choice of meals a la carte for breakfast. Well equipped rooms. Summit lounge is a nice place to work or lounge, with a choice of free beverages. Spacious free parking.

Location is convenient only for travelers with cars. No indoor pool.

the breakfast took over 45 minutes to get to our table after we ordered it, and the water pressure on the shower is minimal at best

Sound-proofed rooms, fantastic beds and wonderful service made for a great experience for me and my family.

service, cleanlinesses and location; the lounge access on the 7th floor and the food quality (room service NDP breakfast was delicious)

no hot tub (need area to unwind and recreate).
