High standard. Very clean and modern. Large room and comfortable bed. Lovely ensuite.The skyward, that is directly connected to the hotel, was a bonus.
Breakfast starts too late, especially if clients have an early flight or tour. Location was a bit far from restaurants and shopping malls. At least there was a restaurant at the hotel.

Very nice view of the city. Room was clean and modernized. Staffs were nice, professional and friendly.
The location was bad, a lot of homeless people hang out in the cross street and nearby neighborhood, looked unsafe to walk. So i had to use uber to move around even for 15 minute walk locations like Chinatown or Calgary tower. If you don't mind uber, then it's ok to stay in this hotel. But if you prefer walking then Delta hotel is at a safer location. I stayed in both hotels so I can compare.

The hotel was easy to get to and the parkade was easy to access.
Comfortable beds and pillows.
All the signage in the underground lot indicates to pay for parking there. When I went upstairs to check in, the front desk worker said “no ma’am you should not have done that” and then said he wouldn’t charge me for parking! Like, no kidding as I already paid for parking downstairs. If hotel guests shouldn’t pay for parking, some signage in the actual parkade is needed.
Very thin walls make for a noisy night. Cats raced up and down the street all night and we could hear every word our neighbours said.
When we checked in, no one told us where the pool was, where breakfast was or at what time.
