It was clean and convenient for a tour pick up which was why we booked. Staff were friendly and helpful
Breakfast was basic, not great quality, We only had breakfast once before our tour would not have breakfast there again. They also take $100 damage deposit when you check in and this should be refunded within 5 days of check out so we were told. We are past the 5 days now and still have not received this. They have not responded to our emails regarding this refund, not happy, not happy at all

The hotel was easy to get to and the parkade was easy to access.
Comfortable beds and pillows.
All the signage in the underground lot indicates to pay for parking there. When I went upstairs to check in, the front desk worker said “no ma’am you should not have done that” and then said he wouldn’t charge me for parking! Like, no kidding as I already paid for parking downstairs. If hotel guests shouldn’t pay for parking, some signage in the actual parkade is needed.
Very thin walls make for a noisy night. Cats raced up and down the street all night and we could hear every word our neighbours said.
When we checked in, no one told us where the pool was, where breakfast was or at what time.
