Room was very clean and comfortable! Great night's sleep.
There were no towels supplied at the pool.
Front desk/check in did not seem very efficient.

I loved the location which was very close to the Bow River (5 minute walk).
The room was a bit tight considering that this is a Hilton compared to other locations. Had to pay for parking.

The hotel had everything we needed including a guest laundry which is handy when travelling
There was a large amount of homeless and drug dependent people on the streets surrounding the building

Modern, clean and comfy
The location. Despite being very close to downtown (10 min walk) it’s pretty a pretty scary place to be with the number of homeless and drug users walking round like zombies and acting erratically
