Nice spot in a good location

Good location right downtown, cool decor and stylish lobby, comfy bed.

Super disappointed that the pool wasn’t open when we were there. It looked lovely. Room was pretty small and bathroom was teeny. View of the ac unit on the roof. Overall nice but a bit overpriced.

Gut aufgehoben in Calgary City

Alles lief wie geplant. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Die warme Tiefgarage ist im Preis inbegriffen und bei Außentemperaturen von minus 24 Grad (Nacht auf den 3.3.) sehr hilfreich. Frühstücksbüffet sehr gut und für 15 Euro nicht überteuert. Nähe zum Stadion der Flames und der Stampede.

Es hat alles gepasst.

I had a great stay for

Room was very nice, it was comfortable and spatious enough. There was a nice desk from which to work. It was ideal for someone travelling for work like me.

Not much I did not like. Maybe there could have been a gym within the hotel or additional facilities, but all that was promised was perfectly there.

Excellent!!!

The art works on the walls and the sculptures that populated the lobby and restaurant were amazing. This place is very nicely decorated. The rooms are clean the service was great and the staff were very friendly. They take security very seriously I never worried about my vehicle during my stay.

No EV chargers.

the room was dirty the manager was rude and even vengeful when asking for help.

most of the staff was helpful.

The manager was very rude and when asking for help printing something he told another worker that he didn’t care right in front of me. the restaurant was expensive, no breakfast included and the air conditioner was very loud.

I just loved the location, close to all activities you don’t need a car and we enjoyed walking in Calgary and I enjoyed the TV in the bathroom

it was a bit disappointment

location and interior

it was advertised breakfast included, but charged us for breakfast. bottled water was not complimentary.

Pleasant

The staff were fantastic. The discrepancy I would have to say is that I feel like next time booking through their actual website would have maybe explained a couple things better or the option to pay before the stay including the deposits and extra fees. As there should have been the same communication across both platforms. As then I probably would have book a different package and just stayed 1 night. Other than it being about LOCATION, pet friendly and the pool was really the only enjoyable parts of they stay.

the bathroom has glass walls, that means that if you go there and switch on the light you wake your companion up; price above the average for what offered

Bad

Heater in the room was very noisy and wasn't working properly. My husband and I didn't get any sleep and he ended up catching a cold because of the busted heater/air conditioner. After going back and forth with front desk for a significant amount of time they finally offered us a small discount after initially saying there was nothing they could do. There was also black mold in our shower.
