The woodwork and furniture were incredible. The staff were excellent and provided a specialized experience at breakfast. We got a free upgrade for our room after the owner heard it was our wedding night. The bathroom had an excellent shower and bathtub, and a fireplace.
We could not have had a better experience.

there was not really a breakfast unless you paid for it but the host had yogurt, cinnamon buns, coffee, tea and some fruit which was most welcome
It was a bit chilly with the air conditioning on so I covered the vents! Was also a cobweb in the ceiling in the bathroom but high ceilings and summer so it happens!

Clean house and very polite host.
It's a shared room in a residential home which wasn't apparent to us from the photos and description. The host stays in the house along with other people in the other rooms. He is very helpful and nice, but always around. Not much privacy at all. We were disappointed about the price and would have preferred a hotel room or a private room.
