The hotel was beautiful. Room was very nice and spacious. Pool and waterside were really fun. Staff were very friendly

We truly enjoy the whirlpool tub and shower
Couldn't hook our Chromecast to the bedroom tv. The morning buffet food was all cold and soggy and the staff nonexistent. The staff showed when we were almost done, and when informed that there was no coffee and the buffet food was cold,all she did was wave her hands over the warmers to see if they were warm. Which they were, but the food was still cold. The plug in on the bedside lamp did not work. The chandelier shower head leaked, not a big deal because it was overhead, still leaked

I was concerned until I was in the room, reason why, the hotel was a few feet from the runway… we didn’t hear anything, great sound proof. The area wasn’t crowded. I must say the safe feeling was tremendous as to get anywhere you need your key card.

Comfortable bed
We were not given instructions on breakfast. It was warmish at best although the quality and variety was good. When friend checked in they made him pay for room which was booked on line with my information and cc. A big hassel.
