close to airport ,has airport shuttle, coffee shop in lobby with sandwiches snacks, excellent Italian restaurant adjacent to hotel but this is only close option for dining.Staff really nice and helpful.Good size rooms well equipped with everything.
shuttle could have been quicker. Of note there is a toll free phone in International arrivals at airport to contact any of the hotels and there are are greeting stewards in Red uniforms who are very helpful .

Very clean and large sized rooms. Comfortable and pleasant stay
The staff at front desk. Obviously coming to Banff and Jasper would mean alot of hiking which your hotel has prepped for with washing and drying facilities. I needed to change my CAD dollars to coins but was told no coins or change available. Given no other options and just a rude staff. Quite unpleasant as the fault was not mine. I suggest either having a coin changing machine om-site or ready change available at reception. Not something too difficult for a good hotel?

The fridge made a funny noise all night so hard yo get a good sleep
