Great place in great location and nice and quiet, not far to walk to busy area.
Bar and restaurant were closed, would’ve been the perfect place for a night in.

The beds were fantastic. First nights in a year my back did not hurt
The price for the 2nd night was nearly double that of night 1.

Our room had a great view and was very large. Staff was knowledgeable and accommodating. Underground parking.
Needs better coffee machines in the room.

We wanted to spend just 1 night of our week long trip to the area in the city of Banff. The location was nice but the hotel is definitely older, and our room pretty beat up. I had expected more for the price but I suppose we were paying for location more than anything.
Front staff was helpful/efficient but could have been friendlier.
