My balcony was tiny and I should’ve been told it looked into the parking lot. No choice in pillows, too big and fluffy. Got a sore neck. No movies to watch on the tv. Took a while to figure out how to use the remote.

Washroom sink wasn’t perfectly clean

The rooms were huge and it's nice that there was direct access to the green space in the back. It helped getting the puppy out and also accessing the pool area. Staff were polite and smiling. Two hot tubs are outside were ok but these are very small for such a huge property with very many guests on a peak season. The guests come in huge groups (sports teams, families, tourists alike, etc.) Imagine the wait to habe your turn, or the number of people actually in it. The location was nice, it was accessible and nearby some stores or shops if you need some stuff the last minute.. However for a family or guests who wants to relax, I recommend considering other properties that are comparable to this one. In our opinion and experience, the value of what we paid for three nights wasn't reciprocated really well.

The pet-friendly rooms are not bookable thru Booking.com , all it says is that they are pet-friendly. You have to ensure that you call the hotel after booking (or even prior) to make sure there is still a pet-friendly room available. We stayed for three nights during a long weekend. Another surpise we found out was that all rooms located on the first floor (pet-friendly ones) do not have a microwave on them at all. This is the first (and hopefully only) hotel that we have ever been to that does not have a microwave in a room. Wheb we discovered and asked, we were told that only suites do have the microwave. So if you want something warmed up, you have to bring it to the front desk every time.. Although they said that it's not an inconvenience for them (staff), it's still and inconvenience for guests to do so each time. The staff also have to heat it downstairs in the staff area/kitchen so that takes time. It's a little concerning too since someone else is handling your food. So be prepared for that. We have children and a pet and have dietary needs so this was a disappointment for us. Other issue we encountered during our second night was that the A/C stopped working. Kids especially couldn't sleep as it was warm. The staff brought an electric fan which eventually helped. Housekeeping left dirty face towels on the bathroom counter. They replenished the other towels but perhaps just forgotten the dirty ones. Those ones looked like they were small rags that were used to clean the surface though— not exactly the face towels that we actually used. The floor does not get cleaned as well. We still see debris and dust. Lastly– the indoor swimming pool needs to be cleaned and maintained properly. First time we used it and the water is obviously icky (should I say salty? yuck.) We didn't stay as much as we intended to so kids were a bit upset.
