We had a wonderful, relaxing time celebrating the Fourth of July.

We enjoy the service at the beach and at the wave hotel. It’s a boutique hotel that offers a family and pet friendly environment.

Unfortunately, the TV was not receiving a signal during our first night stay in the front guess would offer no solution, while the TVs were working in the bar area, and in other rooms. The employee should be trained to provide customers a solution.

It was an amazing weekend getaway. The hot stone massage was incredible, the food, the drinks, the view, and the atmosphere were top-notch! Hibiscus Martini and Shrimp Scampi were favorites and live music, so lovely...

Very relaxing, clean and peaceful stay. Staff is helpful and friendly. Food is EXCELLENT.

I only ate dinner at the property. Delicious. We did eat breakfast at the lemon tree couple hundred feet from property.

Beautiful spot.

Room I paid for is not the room I received. Booking.com misrepresented the booking and I paid top dollar for a room with NO BALCONY and facing the parking lot. A complete rip off.

Disappointing room and its view.

Location and the beach was clean with good service.

Got 2 rooms that overlooked at the whole platinum roof of the hotel!! The pictures in Booking show palm trees!! Very disappointed to spend so much money and come all the way from Argentina to see a horrible roof top! The room seemed old and the furniture needed upkeep. The wood furniture was discolored.

A lovely hotel in a beautiful location

Beautiful location on the ocean front with free use of beach chairs included in the cost. Nice pool with attendant staff. We had a room giving a view of the pool and sea which also had a balcony.

The food menu for dinner was somewhat fussy and costly. However the town of Vero Beach is very nice and there are plenty of options to dine with the Lemon Tree being our favourite. Our big gripe and frustration just now is that despite the cost of the stay being taken from our card before our arrival the hotel insisted on taking the sun again plus $100 a day for incidentals. This is pending and we are assured that this will be resolved without the sum being taken twice. The hotel suggest that this is due to the “third party” which will be Booking.com. This has taken the shine off an otherwise relaxing and enjoyable stay. How about stepping in here Booking.com?

The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. The rooms and public areas were clean. Pool was beautiful. We had a nice time and enjoyed the amenities and beach.

Great location, easily walkable to the shops and establishments along Ocean Drive.

The location cannot be beat. The vibe is very South Beach and trendy. The rooms were well-accommodated.

The front desk was not responsive to our requests. We made multiple requests, both in person and through the app, for a blanket and for an additional luggage rack. Neither was ever delivered. In addition, we inquired about the resort fee being charged for the two days of hunkering down during hurricane Ian when no facilities were accessible. The response was that no one has asked about that. Additionally, we were not happy to hear barking and howling dogs in the room next door at all hours.

Room was nice.

I booked this for my parents that are 88 years old during Ian. You but them on the 4th floor. Elevator went out and they had to manage all those stairs. When they checked in and saw their age why didn't you consider that. I even called ahead and let you know they were coming and how old they are. Very disappointed.

The Hotel is beautiful, clean and in a perfect location for beach and entertainment. The staff was exceptional from checked-in to check-out. The manager Zack went above and beyond to make sure my elderly mother was cared for. He demonstrated expert compassion and professionalism. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.
