It is a great resort with most of the rooms facing the lake. It is about 7 mins from Mount Tremblant. They have a private beach with options for canoeing and fishing. They have a great indoor pool, hot tub and sauna

Beautiful location. Balcony overlooking Lac Ouimet is perfect. King bed extremely comfortable. Property quiet, away from hustle of pedestrian village. Easy bike ride to trails. Free parking. Pool and sauna a plus.
Tired looking property in some areas. Broken patio chairs. (We moved kitchen chairs to balcony) Kitchen and bathroom needs updates like caulking around bath. Staff looked weary and exhausted. We couldn't eat in restaurant as waitress said she had no staff and had to tend to a large group coming. We couldn't even have a drink! No bartender. She told us to come back after 7:30 pm. So we left the resort, dined in the town instead.

The emplacement , the restaurant
The service at the lobby was disappointing. While I was asking three simple questions, I was told by the staff member to ask “one question at a time,” which came across as rude and unhelpful.
We were also given directions to a room that was supposed to be facing the water. When we finally found the room and opened the door, we were shocked to discover it was already occupied by someone else! On top of that, it wasn’t even a waterfront room as promised.
When we returned to the lobby to report the issue, we received only a brief apology and no real effort to make things right.
We had also asked about transportation to the mountain, but the information provided was very limited. Ironically, when we later asked a very friendly server at the restaurant, we received much more helpful and detailed information than the front desk had provided.
Overall, the customer service at the lobby did not meet our expectations and was the most disappointing part of our stay.
