Overall fairly good - staff friendly, room clean
Our toilet flushed but the handle had to be turned back manually. Cleaning staff should have notified the front desk on this matter.

Clean, nice rooms, location
Bed mattress was very uncomfortable. My first time in this hotel. 5 nights, woke up every day with sore body hips neck etc, They also placed me in a room across from the ice machine so it was noisy.. it was a business trip and I visit Kelowna every month but this location won’t be getting my monthly business
