Staff were kind and inviting, breakfast and hot tub was a bonus.
Outside room was very noisy at night with other guests. Over priced, but all of Calgary was expensive at this time. I am sure on another night the price would reflect the room.

It was very clean and organized. Breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They helped us find a good restaurant for dinner and also made some recommendations on where to go shopping.
Did not like the parking lot. In Alberta there are a lot of full size trucks but the parking stalls were made for little Honda Civic. Also did not like that the smoking area was so close to the rooms.

managed to get it last minute before the stampede as our previous booking fell though that afternoon. So getting it was good. Not so sure about the region. A number of restaurants around. Interesting choices.
Neighbourhood felt a little sketching, but we had no actually problems with it.
