Buena ubicación, con microondas, plancha, calefacción, habitación amplia.

La atención de las 2 personas que atendían la recepción, el hombre en la noche y la mujer en el día, ambos parece que están de malas. También el desayuno se agotó muy rápido.

Adequate but not comfortable.

Breakfast was OK but room was too small for the number of people.

The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. The chair in room 17 was in desperate disrepair and should have been removed. The TV only worked sporadically. In general the motel was in poor repair and not what we expected from the booking description.

Exceptional

The beds were so comfy! Great stay for a quiet night sleep on a long journey, we did have problems with our shower it was leaking and left the bathroom floor soaking,

Overpriced, uncomfortable beds, dirty, bug infested, and broken lock.

The location was convenient

Everything else was horrible. The room had an awful smell and it was really dirty, we found a couple of little cockroaches or something on the floor. The bed was not comfortable at all and the lock on the door was broken. Way too overpriced for this horrible run down motel. Don’t false advertise with the promising photos.

Mediocre. Won’t be back.

Breakfast was basic and expected but should’ve been ample. Checked in and was sent to a room with guests already in it, didn’t do anything above and beyond after what could’ve been a much worse situation. No pool towels, and asked front desk to check on a room with a whiny dog, nothing was done as it was keeping my children up.

The cleaning could be improved.

Location

Bedrooms were not vaccum everyday. We stayed almost a week and only beds were done. Many times we have to asked for new towels and changing sheets.

overall good stay

staff was really good and polite. nothing to complain about specifically except the breakfast room. room was great, spacious, clean. bathroom was also good but i just wanted more lights in the room and the bathroom, but overall was good experience.

their breakfast room was really small and the gathering was large also people was pushing and bumping into each other like they have never seen the breakfast anywhere. bathroom lights was not so great but okay. also they charge $20 extra fees for the early check-in if you want to check in before the specific timings they have given.

The only thing I had a problem with was booking in, because they could not book me in as usual for some reason. Maybe they could improve their system.

Was a great stay will definitely be staying there again on my next visit to Calgary!

This property was so awesome! The location is great! Right next door to a Cactus Club and The Keg. Staff was awesome, was a nice breakfast, beds were very comfortable, and rooms were very clean!

will never stay or recommend this specific Travelodge

close to our daughters house

they refused us our booked room. they asked for a $100 deposit on a credit card. when I told them I only have a debit MasterCard but I can pay $100 cash, they said no. they asked if I knew anyone with an actual credit card that can come down. they refused to speak to someone over the phone. they would not allow us to stay. I offered $100 cash for the deposit and $120 cash for the room and they said no. this was booked for our anniversary and we came from out of town.
