The front desk employees were very friendly and welcoming. Jori upgraded me to a bigger room and provided great customer service at check-in. The room was clean and spacious. The kitchenette had a good amount of supplies. The AC in the living room was working well. There was a sofa bed in the living room, thankfully, because I had to sleep there all 3 nights. The stay was a reasonable price, which was the main reason I booked there.
Unfortunately I had some issues and had to contact for support several times. the AC unit in the bedroom had an error and was not cooling (that's why I slept on the sofa bed in the living room). I let 3 people know all 3 different days I was there, and no one fixed it. The Wifi was basically not working the first day. I had all sorts of trouble connecting, had to call someone over, and still the connection was hit/miss. So the TV wasn't connecting either due to poor wifi. Thankfully the wifi got better for days 2 and 3.

It was nice location close to everywhere. Someone was available to your call at any time.
I was very surprised that there was no table or anything to place my food plate. No chair, no table, nothing. How are people supposed to eat in the room I did sit on the floor. Poor!
