The location is walking distance to the beach and we had an ocean view room. Perfect!
The lifts were crazy crowded

The pools at the property were great, the kids loved them. Staff at the stores were mostly very kind
Property is far from everything. Parking at the property is overpriced as well as all the food, (Starbucks grande $8.75 for a Carmel machiato)!! We were placed at the Diamond Head tower upon arriving. Soon as we walked in a piece of the floorboard was coming apart. I asked immediately to be switched to a different tower. I had to call to ask for new towels, and took out our own trash from the room.
