The location was great.
The Hotel is very good. However the majority of the restaurants on the property don’t accept / acknowledge any vouchers from the hotel. And the price of the parking was extremely expensive for people staying at the hotel.

Great location. Good facilities. Excellent maid staff - Xiao Xu was great.
The check in process was really long. Very annoying after a long flight.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, food in the restaurants was very good. the room was comfortable
I just wonder what the $50 per day "resort fee" covers since one would have to pay over $80 to "rent" an umbrella and beach chair and additional costs to rent kayaks etc.. I did enjoy tye fireworks, maybe that's what it covers?
Your wifi could use improvement as I was unable to log onto my kindle and staff in the lobby didn't have any ideas how to acces it either

Reasonable location with excellent views
Arrived very early but was advised that could access room until 4 (which i understood and fine with that). Was contactacted after 4 to advise that key needed to be reprogrammed. Had to wait almost an hour for this to receive attention

"Been close to the beach was nice and walking distance from the shopping area.
The resort has plenty of little stores to go to which is nice. Plenty of restaurants surrounding area.
