The elevator, and the fancy lights. The front desk staff were very nice.
The phone had an issue, so we couldn't call the front desk for a new phone. Also an emergency situation we couldn't call if it happens.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The lobby was clean and looked nice. We were able to check in over an hour earlier than the posted check in time so that was super convenient.
The extra pillow in the closet for the pull out couch had stains all over it and one of the pillows on the main bed was covered in makeup stains. The tub also had a brown residue in it that looked extremely dirty.
