BW fully meets Premier standards, and the front desk staff were very friendly and always smiling. I appreciate for their help in receiving packages.
The coffee machine in the room was missing a sink cover, making it impossible to keep it hygienic.

Good size of the room. Friendly staff. Enjoyed having the facilities needed such as hair dryer, iron table, kettle etc.
Soft mattress and pillows. Would have liked medium or firm. Weekend entertainment can be loud. Requested a higher floor suite but was only provided one on the 4th floor.

That the facility was pet-friendly
The conference center hosted very loud events at night during our stay. Even from our room on the 3rd storey the music was very loud. We were told no earplugs were available and our dogs were very agitated. The television and other equipment is very dated and incompatible with modern tech. Flood lights from the nearby parking lots could not be fully blocked out with the curtains in the room.
