Very very nice hotel, I've stayed here before with a group of people who used to visit here years ago. The place is clean, feels higher-end, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was well stocked with towels and wash cloths, very nice shampoos and soaps. I had one of the best continental breakfasts here I've ever had, delicious western omelets and tasty sausage, breakfast scones and toast...mmmmm! The TVs offered many different options for viewing which is awesome. I don't watch a lot of TV but when I travel and stay in hotels, it is my guilty pleasure, very nice to have so many free channels and options here.
The pillows were just a but lumpy but not bad enough to impact my sleep. I really can't think of anything else that I didn't like there, it was a very nice stay.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Property looked to be extremely well maintained. Nothing looked worn out or dirty. Staff was friendly. Check in was smooth and efficient. Parking was adequate--no driving around endlessly looking for a space. Breakfast was pretty much the standard fare for hotel breakfasts. Everything was hot and fresh.
There was really nothing to dislike. Would just offer the idea that if they would offer pancakes alongside the waffles, breakfast would go from being satisfactory to outstanding.

Convenient location between airport and Cape Coral. Quiet neighbourhood. Clean room. Ample parking.
Breakfast staff were very cordial.
The person checking us in asked if we had already paid for the room, which was confusing and worrisome, as one would expect the property to have that information without asking the guests, who don't always know if and/or when their room has been prepaid. When I mentioned this to the front desk clerk, he gave me an arrogant reply, saying that it was my fault for using a booking agent and not becoming a rewards member. It wasn't a very helpful reply and spoiled the check-in experience.
Breakfast food was not good.
