Good hotel with very solid employees

The staff at the front door was accommodating! and kind. They were efficient, the room was fine and the complimentary breakfast was good. Plenty of parking is available also.

No real complaints.

It was ok and I didn’t complain as I was only there for the night

The breakfast was very good

Upon entering the room it had this really bad smell , the AC was even worst with this very Molly smell, I sprayed Lysol to get rid of horrible smell but every time the air comes on it get worst. It was so bad where I got congested and couldn’t sleep.

The AC unit has mildew growing on it which causes it to smell like urine, the bathtub begins to clog when taking a shower and the general water feels like it has a slime coat.

Excellent hotel in a convenient location

The room was super with excellent easy access to the pool and hot tub and lobby for breakfast. The front desk staff were super friendly. During breakfast, they had a person making sure the food was good and never ran out. Withing walking distance they have a gas station and a restaurant. The food at the restaurant was awesome and they even gave you a 10% discount because you are staying at the hotel. Isn't that awesome? Wow. I haven't stayed at a hotel that has amenities so close kike this one. Definitely will come back

The Swimming pool appears somewhat aged and lacks an inviting appeal for a dip. The carpet in the room was bit sticky.

I wish we didn’t encounter so many issues. Only one staff member was rude.

It was a good location and close to the airport.

When we checked in, I was not made aware of the deposit that was included in my bill. The girl said only the price of the room was charged to my card. It took about 45 minutes to get towels for the pool. Four different people including myself asked for towels and were told they would be out in about five minutes. The gentleman behind the counter was rude when we brought up the issue. He said we didn’t need the towels if we were swimming. We waited in the pool until the towels were done. There was 7 people waiting on towels. The shower was not working, maintenance came but the shower had just started to work.

The Breakfast was as most hotels that has self service breakfast it was good and the location is centrally located to where I needed to be thanks SpringHill

Breakfast had good options. Bathroom shower had great pressure.

The spa tub in the pool area wasn't working. Also the room had a mold smell possibly from air conditioner air filters being dirty.

Pleasing in all aspects. Would stay here again if we ever return to this area.

Polite and friendly desk staff, nice recommendation for nearby restaurant, comfortable room, nice pool and deck area, near main thoroughfare and shopping. It was easy to get to the airport from the hotel. Did NOT hear any planes overhead during stay.

No running water, No electricity. Manager had terrible attitude, and not accommodating to customers.

Very good

My husband stayed here when he came to Florida by himself. He liked it so much that he suggested we stay there when we came home. Great spacious rooms. Would stay here again! Close to a restaurant called Rusty’s. Great food and atmosphere!

Breakfast started at 7:30 am. Since we had to leave at 7 am to get to the airport, we didn’t get to enjoy it. Wish it would start earlier.

The manager went above and beyond to accommodate us with our luggage transfer she was wonderful

Everything except the fact we were on the 4th floor and the elevators broke. Understandable wasn't managers fault but she was very accommodating with bringing our luggage back down 4 flights of stairs, I couldn't do to a back injury and knee injury
