Stay was as expected

Hotel and room were as expected based on the reviews that I saw pre-booking. It's across the road from the metro station so you can get around easily. Had breakfast twice, staff is helpful and friendly, no complaints regarding quality of food.

Confirming in what I read in other reviews, the air conditioning unit cannot be turned off, so there is always a background noise. Manage to sleep through it though, but can imagine that some people may find it bothersome.

Great location and great place to stay with friendly service , albeit a bit pricey

I liked the location and the customer service was super friendly.

I found the room service hours to be a bit odd only working for 5 hours a day.

There were three staff behind the counter and there were only 2 clients waiting in line. And one of the clientele was me

I expected a bit better quality from a Hilton. The rooms were clean but the bedding was very thin. Like, really thin. Looks like they renovated from the 80’s with a coat of paint over doors that didn’t match the new decor. I’d give the rooms a c+.

Lovely location, modern hotel, clean and great staff.

The location of the hotel was great, it's in a really nice area, easy to get to all of the sights and attractions. The hotel itself was really lovely, modern and aesthetic. The room was a good size, modern and clean.

The only minor things were the sound of the air conditioner and the view. Even when turned off the air conditioner was still quite loud and made it difficult to sleep some nights. Also, we didn't have a view from our room, it looked into the very close building next door, therefore leaving the room quite dark too.

Overall I loved the property and I had a good stay

The staff was nice and it was a good location

It was an ant on the bed , however the staff made up for this issue .

Fantastic location in DC

The Hilton Garden Inn was fantastic. It's two blocks from the White House (which is helpful when you need to drop off bags before going there), immediately adjacent to bus and subway transportation and the staff is great.

The ONLY thing I didn't love- and this is so nitpicky - is that our room was right across from the ice machine and elevators, and that woke us up a couple of times. Other than that, the room worked perfectly for our family of four.

Great location. Fair hotel

The location was great. We were so close to the White House and able to walk to the Smithsonian museums and mall. The beds were also very comfortable.

When we arrived to our room the bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke and there was debris on the floor and top of the toilet tank. There was also mold growing on the ceiling in the shower. I tried to call the front desk from the landline but there wasn’t a front desk option so I used my cell phone. I was told that housekeeping had cleaned the room but they’d send someone up. I’m not sure if that ever happened. Someone from the hotel texted to ask how my stay was and I explained the situation. He never responded. We opted for breakfast at the restaurant downstairs. The food wasn’t good and the coffee tasted watered down.

Lugar céntrico, buena habitación y amabilidad en todo momento. Bien !!

Ubicación a tres calles de la Casa Blanca, te sientes segura en la vía, orden vial fácil, metro cerca, gente local muy cordial. Respecto del Hotel, buena cama, amplia habitación, entras y usas el ascensor con tarjeta (control intrno), amabilidad en todo momento, comedor amplio y variedad al desayunar. En resumen, volvería.

Apoyo idiomático, mi Inglés no es muy avanzado. Hablo español. Pero la cordialidad ayuda mucho!! Se esfuerzan por entenderte.

Good location, not too nice experience at breakfast with the waitresses.

Great location, it is less than 5 minutes walk from the White House, however, there are very few places around where one can get food. Fairly good breakfast, nice pool, nice bar.

Although breakfast was included in the price we paid, the waitresses harrased us every single morning, because they wanted us to pay. First, they wanted us to sign a bill, then they came back and explained that they think we should pay and tip them. That happened every single day, it was very very annoying. So guys, do not sign anything and do not pay.

This has potential but we got the feeling it doesn’t care much about improvement

Location was great. Breakfast was nice and people who served us were very hospitable!

Rooms - walls were SO thin, we were able to hear people swearing & fighting, people having sex. We had little kids with us so it wasn’t great. The heating also may so much noise. Room was cleaned(?) once in our three night stay. BUT “cleaned” means they changed our sheets and replenished towels, that was it. Room itself was not cleaned.

Überhaupt nichts. Für den Preis erwartet man einfach ein besseres Hotel

Mein Zimmer war extrem laut. Eine Klimaanlage/Heizung, die man nicht ausschalten konnte und die alle 10-15 Minuten für eine Dauer von 10-15 Minuten gelaufen ist. Geräusche hat es gemacht als wie wenn ein LKW im Zimmer steht. Die Ausstattung entsprach nicht dem, was auf der Webseite angegeben war. Kaffeemaschine war kaputt. Bügeleisen war kaputt. Die Ausstattung sehr heruntergekommen.

I was very pleased with this hotel overall.

Great location, modern rooms, great A/C and individual room temperature controls. Beautiful spacious showers, great toiletries.

Trim around bathroom doors was patched together with dark cocking, could hear people in the room next door quite clearly.

Do not stay here until they get there act together.

I arrived early in the morning (around 7:00am) and unexpectedly they were able t accomodate me and gave me a room. After travelling for 20 hours I was extremely grateful and the staff were fantastic.

Room was dirty. Room wasn't serviced (despite being asked every da for three days). Staff were disinterested≥
