Very spacious home with exceptional view however parking is a pain and pool and hot tub not functional.

Exceptional view from the balcony and living room! very spacious unit 197-5.

The parking situation is not ideal, only one spot in a very tight underground spot and no space for the second car, you need to park down the mountain and walk up, very inconvenient. would not rent here again due to this.

Very poor

Location was good close to village

When I booked it's showing pool and hot tub but when we arrived pool not clean hot tub was no water out of service we were so disappointed we booked this unit because of pool and hot tub.

Haut-Bois, unit 193-3

Location is great. Close to the village and a ski trail that allows you to ski to the chairlift. The condo was well stocked. Had plenty of towels, cutlery and plates. Spacious and clean. Everything worked.

Bed are old and squeaky. Queen bed was very loud and squeaky that if you were to turn in your sleep you would wake your partner and yourself immediately. They really need to be replaced. My kids said that their single beds squeak as well.

197-9 Haut-bois

The location was just minutes away from Pedestrian Village.

The check in took so long. We arrived at the place where to pick up keys around 4 then we’re told the unit is not ready yet and that we could drive around the mountain while waiting for the keys. We waited for almost 3 hours (almost 7 pm when they called). We were not given guarantee when unit will be ready. Not cool. From the indoor garage, Had a hard time finding the unit because no lights in the back where the unit is located nor signs to tell you where 197-9 unit is. Staff did not tell us how to get to the unit. We know that the condo has no AC but with electric fans. The fans were small desk fans in the bedrooms and were full of dust. The shower head in one of the rooms has leak that almost no water coming out the shower. We will still choose Sunstar properties but definitely not Haut-bois.

For the price we paid, Haut Bois condo was not a good value.

The view from the deck was very good. The property was walking distance to the village. The common rooms had all the required ammenities. The kitchen appliances were all in good shape.

Unit 193-3. All the beds were horrible to sleep in. Appears the beds were the original ones from the mid 90's. Bed frames squeaked and mattresses were hard. Linen could have been better also. Windows were hard to open with crank handle. Unit was very warm. Only a portable fan provided. Internet speeds of 10mbps was inadequate for teenagers to stream. Parking was very tight. Sunstar says key pickup at 5pm as Booking.com says 4pm

The parking was unacceptable, underground and impossible to park in your spot and get out of your vehicle.
