Location, nothing else

I was quite disappointed with my stay at Armon, especially considering the price I paid. I booked a Junior Suite specifically because the room description stated that the bedroom was separated from the living area. Since I was traveling with two children, having a separate bedroom was very important to me. I also confirmed this detail with Guest Services before my stay. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the Junior Suite was actually one large room with the bed and sofa in the same space. This was inconvenient for my children and did not match the description I had relied on when making the reservation. Had I known this in advance, I would have booked a standard room for a lower price. Another major reason I chose Armon was the on-site kosher restaurant. However, I was very disappointed to find that the restaurant was closed on both Saturday and Sunday during our stay. This was particularly inconvenient for my family, as we were unable to find kosher food within a reasonable distance of the hotel. I feel this is important information that should be clearly communicated to guests, especially those who specifically choose the hotel because of the availability of a kosher restaurant.
