Dirty, overpriced, mess of a condo

Location is good

We have been here twice now and love the location and the apartments. We were disappointed with the pool being closed for renovations but the team managing the property kindly offered compensation.

Perfect condo for families with teens

Delightful condo, very comfortable, and wonderful views. We were able to ski in and out from the Chalumeau trail, and it’s only five minutes by car from the base lift. Kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

could be a wonderful stay but ruined by a few dollars stuff!

beautiful spacious condo, perfect scenery and very convenient ski in and out.

Not enough supplies! we booked 5 nights stay for 3 people. They only provided supplies for one night. we managed to reuse the few towels (go green!). But the only one tiny shampoo and one dose of laundry powder is far not enough. reached to the host and was told to call front desk but front desk said they don’t provide for condo. we had to buy if there’s not enough supply. very disappointed! They charged thousands of dollars and won’t provide enough shampoo and laundry powder. BTW, the kitchen detergent is highly diluted! you can imagine how stingy the host is.

Exceptional

our stay was nothing short of amazing! The views from the condo were breathtaking. the Condo overlooks the village at mont-tremblant and the lights at night are amazing. The ski in/out was great at the end of the day to get back to the warmth quickly, and to top it off, the hot up with the views was a great way to end each day! our stay at as one for the Books!!!

Room with nice view

Everything is perfect, especially the view from our room is fantastic!

The staff forgot to give us bedding for sofa bed, and nobody answered the phone, so our friend who slept on the sofa bed spent a very cold night on our first night. The experience was bad.

Horrible

We booked 3 nights then we were refused for one night because of the previous guests, they offered one night into another chalet but we end up in a hotel. They told us they will hand the keys earlier due to all these issues. But we had keep going back to reception to get keys and we got it really late, it was so late than the arrival time. We went to the property and there was a snake in the parking . We called and the receptioniste was very rude and not helpful, we had to deal by oursleve and we have a small baby so it was not pleasant because shw kept crying and we couldn’t get into the chalet.

For the amount that they charge, it was not worth it all. I am very dissapointed.

Very good

The furniture was despicable!!! The couches are ruined how can you not update the furniture!!!!!! for the price we pay for the location give your head a shake!!!!!! It baffled our minds that this is consistently being overlooked! It decreases the value of the property.

Wonderful stay, thank you!

Excellent location, ski in & out directly from the basement where ski lockers are located. Parking spot for car, amenities in multi room apartment, nice fireplace and excellent views on lake & countryside. Issue with furniture in apartment was swiftly & personally solved.

Only comment is that parts of the furniture and amenities in the apartment are worn & excessively used. Feedback given to host and was well received.

The property was clean and very nice, and a great location.

They didn't tell us that while the parking was underground, the clearance is very low and our roof rack meant that the car could not fit in the garage!

Would be better to have card keys instead of physical keys. Key did not open outside door and had to giggle around to lock and unlock room door.

Great stay. We would go back there again.

Location is great for the views if you don't mind the uphill walk to it from the village. Huge condo with large Livingroom plus dinning, bedrooms and bathrooms. The wood fireplace improves the ambiance further.

Napkins and toilet paper should be of better quality. Towels could be softer as well. The shower pressure in the master bathroom was low.

view and location was great

a lot of lights and outlets did not work, a little out dated. TV and electronics were not blue tooth or smart enabled to access subscriptions services like netflix, etc.

Outstanding view

Location and View was awesome, you cannot find anywhere better than building 170, 172 and 174, we booked 172-9 for three nights, there was indoor parking garage we had two cars and both had perfect space to park. Internet was good, My wife and my brother attended their online meeting, but that's not strong in all over the apartment you need to get closer to modem. Apt. 172-9 had two balconies with outstanding view of village and lake, it was colorful in October. All kitchen stuff are in place clean and well organized. BBQ was great not a cheap one with full gas.

hot tub is located in a nice area outside of the building, access from 172 and 170 to hot tub need a 5 min walk.

Great location, stunning views, beautiful grounds.

The view is absolutely stunning, and the location is great - walkable to the village, but far enough that you feel like you are away from the hustle and bustle. The kitchen is very well-equipped, and at 2 adult couples, we felt we had plenty of room in the condo, with two good-sized bedrooms and bathrooms. This condo exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness. The 2 indoor parking spaces were perfect, and extremely convenient, and the pool area was very nice as well.

We found the beds to be a bit on the hard side, but this is always a matter of preference. If you plan to sleep in, we found the blinds/curtains were not enough to block the large amount of sunlight that comes in in the morning, particularly in the larger bedroom.
