Male desk staff was a bit difficult to understand and not friendly. Cleaning woman was very friendly and helpful.

Lucky we had only one night reservation for this type of room.
When I arrived I asked for a room at lower level. The man from reception told me that this is the only room available. The room was smelly (cigaret smoke). The room neearby was in renovation or destroyed. I made three month in advance reservation, so I expected a better room for the price paid.
