Location.
Hotel. Size of suite.
Easy access to many restaurants and close to downtown, shopping area.

The one real highlight was the rooftop area, with a pool, hot tubs, BBQs and seating. It’s a pleasant space, although relatively small and it can become quite crowded.
At approximately $750 per night, we expected a much higher standard from The Royal Kelowna and were extremely disappointed with the value.
Our room was run down and in desperate need of renovation and updating. Housekeeping was minimal, and we were surprised to discover there is no restaurant or bar on the property. We later learned that The Royal Kelowna is a fractional ownership property, which may help explain why the experience felt quite different from a traditional upscale hotel.

It was in a good location, clean but zero character and cosy feel.
The rooms were dark and felt old and dated. The sheets on the sofa bed were creased badly after pulling it out. One couldn’t regulate the air con, it was either blowing or didn’t but nothing in between.
