Awesome location in the French Quarter. We were able to walk to nearly everything on our "must see" list. The concierge helped us book a city tour (Cajun City Tours), and made us reservations in the hotel restaurant (The Rib Room). Both the city tour and the meal in the restaurant were phenomenal! The hotel conveys a classic charm while keeping up with the times as far as modern amenities. My only feedback about the room was that the bathroom was a little dates. No necessarily unclean or gross, but needs a little love and updating. To be fair we spent so little time in the room this didn't negatively impact our stay.
My only feedback is that the bathroom in our hotel room needs a bit a love. It wasn't unclean, but could use some updating. For example, the knob to turn on the shower was really difficult to turn (and I'm a strong person), and the sink had water marks.

Location was great, smack in the middle of the French Quarter but far enough from the noise of Bourbon Street. Rib Room is great for meals and drinks. Nice rooftop pool.
Room was ridiculously small and ill-equipped, the bathroom had no horizontal space on which to place anything, and the rooms and hallway are all "frayed around the edges." There were random odors throughout.

The location is amazing and the balcony was very enjoyable.
The AC does not work and you have no control over it in the rooms. The sheets were dirty. The rooms were extremely tiny, and when you check out it is going to be about $300 more than expected because of certain “state taxes” that are not specified in the booking. I would not book here again.
