The hotel is magical from the lobby to the beach it’s breathtaking everywhere you look

The hotel is about 20 minutes from downtown, which suited us perfectly. It was peaceful and quiet, with no crowds or noise. There’s a stretch of beach for guests. The breakfasts were excellent, with plenty of options from both the buffet and the à la carte menu. The hotel is up to European standards. The price was reasonable, especially considering how expensive Hawaii is.
The room was lovely, with a very large bathroom and a wonderful mountain view. It was definitely better than a room overlooking the ocean or the dolphin lagoon, which were very dark. In person, those rooms look terrible. Go for the mountain view—it’s a great room.
We didn’t receive flower leis, which was a real shame. Tourists expect that kind of welcome when they fly to Hawaii.

Boutique hotels and great to see the dolphins moving around.
Apart from the Italian restaurant not much of options for food . The distance from Waikiki is quite far . Need more shuttle services for the ease of the guests

The hotel’s air conditioning was broken, and it was never repaired during our stay. The room was extremely hot and stuffy. We had no choice but to keep the balcony door open for ventilation, but it did not help much with cooling.
On top of that, the room we were assigned was near the hotel’s service area. Starting at around 6 a.m., there were garbage trucks and delivery vehicles operating. Since we had to keep the balcony door open, the noise was very disruptive.
We went there for a vacation, but for two nights we were unable to get proper rest. Apart from providing a brief explanation letter, the hotel offered no compensation at all. Considering the high room rate, we did not receive the level of service we expected.
